"Do not waste your time buying from G & T Engine Parts. The website shows parts in stock and ready to ship, I called the company to double check that I can have this part shipped as I have a machine down. The lady on the phone confirmed that it’s in stock and will ship out within 1 day. 5 days to by and they have not shipped and gave me some run around excuse about the part not being in the warehouse. Now they are charging me 25 percent restocking fee after I attempted to cancel the order. Stay away from these fly by night company’s who try to middle man parts."

"Mr. S. Goddard went above and beyond on getting me my item delivered before the holiday, but when I received it. The product wasn't what either of us thought it should have been. Mr. S. Goddard was prompt on sending me a return label and reimbursed me 100% of everything (item cost + shipping). "I ordered a part that was marked as in stock on their website in April 22. I have contacted the company over half a dozen times to ask when the part will be sent with no firm answer forthcoming . I left multiple messages regarding a refund on an extension that no one ever answers and the calls are never returned. After finally calling multiple times in one day someone finally got on the phone and told me that they would send me a refund check that they still have not sent 6 weeks later. I have left messages for the owners and received no phone call back. I finally received a refund after talking to the owner which I appreciate but it doesn't change the fact I had to chase them for months to resolve the issue."
