"Have emailed multiple times over the last few months and tried to call. Paid over $1000 aud for this computer and have received one that was defective after waiting months. We have been trying to be in contact with Andrew but he just ignores us and has left us in a bad way. We have not received a refund or any response from him. Waited 2 months for the computer to finally be sent after we paid for it, then once it got here it was broken after they asked us to pay almost $200 in shipping. Now he doesn’t reply at all. We are going to have to go to our bank to request a refund. Super upset with this outcome and upset that I have to leave a review hoping that this business may actually reply to me from me doing this. If we can resolve this I Am happy to remove this review"
