"Called over course of several hours to order parts put on hold numerous times so long that phone auto disconnects. Was connected during several attempts to a sales rep but instead transferred to a cut off. 4 hours after trying to reach someone I still haven’t been able to contact anyone. Suspect they are just placing me on hold now without any intentions of actually answering my call. Very poor work ethic and very unprofessional attitude there. I actually contacted Pantropic in Miami and will drive 2 hours one way for the parts just to avoid the incompetents of Ft Myers Pantropic Kelly Tractor. Horrible experience."
