"Customer service is abysmal. I was told by the sales guy it will ship in two days. So I made the purchase. I've been waiting for nearly two weeks for my $1499 battery. I called to ask about my order. The guy said its sitting on a shelf. No apologies whatsoever. I foolishly thought purchasing a $1500 product would yield decent service. Now I am having second thoughts about the purchase."
"Please DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY BRAILLE LITHIUM Battery! These have been a nightmare from the start, I have had 4 fail on me and every time I try to get them repaired by Braille not only am I paying $200 shipping for each battery but Braille refuses to warranty their products. You literally have to talk to their toG or Owner in order to get them to repair anything and then they will charge you half the battery value to repair their faulty and weak products the staff is friendly but they will not help you. Don't bother asking them to warranty anything you are wasting your time, they are simply reading a script."
"Purchased the 17lb battery with mount. Upon receiving it, the plastic mount was broken, presumably during shipping. I called and they shipped me another mount, overnight, no questions asked. I thank them for the excellent and prompt response to my issue. A+"
"Don't buy any Braille ML series's battery unless you want to burn your money or catch your car on fire! Read my story! Ok so I have purchased 3 of your batteries for my race cars over the past few years an AGM B3121, then I purchased an ML9C and a ML14C to replace the 9C(dealer convinced me to upgrade). I have to say these are the worst batteries I have ever purchased. I have only ever run these with alternators, never total loss. I originally bought the B3121 and liked it. I used it for a season but then decided to upgrade to the ML9C for a lightweight unit and to try the Micro Lite Carbon Lithium Ion technology that your company claims to be so superior. This battery was underrated and a complete waste of time. It would only be able to start my small 2.6 liter engine if it started within 2 rotations. If not it would go flat. After jumping it a few times and then not being able to start the engine after shutting it off. I spoke to customer service and was told it was likely too small so I put it back in the box and put it in the trunk of my personal car thinking it was just too small of a battery. I figured I'd just sell the ML9C to a motorcycle owner. I called Braille a time later and it was suggested to me to go with the ML14c so I dished out another large sum of money to buy the ML14C. It cranked my car without issue and I thought it was great. I finally got my lightweight carbon lion battery and bragged to everyone about it. A few weeks later while driving around town the boxed ML9C in my trunk burst into flames and burned up the back of my car. I contacted your company Braille asking for help and reimbursement but was brushed off and was told to send the battery back to have it inspected without any Return Authorization or any recourse if Braille decided to keep my battery and do nothing. I was upset and angry and thought of speaking to a lawyer first. I got busy tho and didn't have the time then to deal with the issue. I kept using the ML14C, always cautious to keep it away from anything flammable, as I liked it for its reduced weight, but of course to my utter amazement after a few months of using the ML14C the battery it would no longer start my race car at all or even hold a 12 volt charge. On a battery less than 6 months old! I had my alternator tested( tested fine). I jump started the car and it ran fine, but still wouldn't crank, even after letting the battery charge for extended periods of time. I was lucky the B3121 still worked and was able to use that to finish out the season with the added weight and me not being happy. I got busy again moving and handling business matters but after letting the car sit in the off season and coming back to charge the B3121, and wouldn't you believe it, now it too won't charge and will only hold 8 Volts.. Atleast that battery was almost 2 years old so I got a little life out of it. Ya atleast! What in the world is wrong with your batteries? What kind of quality control do you have that this could happen? I have never had issues with any of my other batteries, but this is 3 of yours in a row. Over $3000 in paperweights and a burnt car.. I have now switched to a small Optima Red Top and have had no issues since. That battery was less than half the cost of your least expensive battery, the B3121 or 1/20th the cost I spent on Braille battery and actually works as it should! At this point I will never buy another Braille battery again and tell everyone who will listen to avoid these batteries like the plague! I honestly feel like Braille seriously screwed me on these batteries. I hope Braille realizes it's in their best interest to help their customers, make sure what they sell is safe and does the right thing when things go wrong."
"Street Unit sold me a B2015C that was on their shelf for 3 years based on the testing note that they provided which was dated back in 04/11. I installed it on my car and it was completely dead. I fully charged the battery and it died a day later. I got ahold of Braille and explained them my situation. They replaced my battery, BRAND NEW! THANK YOU Charles, Toni and BRAILLE for an awesome service!"
