"Fantastic people, pretty garbage car. I drove about two hours down to Lake Wales to look at this Honda Accord I purchased. Unfortunately it had been a long day at work plus the long drive. Luckily they were so kind to the point that they even followed me to drop off my rental car after purchasing the new car. I 100% shouldn’t have purchased the car. The front two tires were balding, something I knew when buying the car, which i didn’t think was a big deal. Having the car now for a little over three weeks, several things have happened. The back tires have already gotten low. The “power steering hydraulic fluid” is leaking and costs about 800$ to fix. The key I was given to turn the ignition on didn’t unlock the door. This made it difficult to get home since my phone was dead(could charge due to a fuse that they offered to fix). And I didn’t receive a text until after I locked myself out of the car that I shouldn’t lock my car. Luckily Lake Wales has some pretty decent people and I was able to call AAA and get it taken care of. The key VOV gave me to get “programmed” at the dealer was not a real Honda key and I had to pay 100$ for a new key plus 90$ for the programming. Since those events, I’ve been struggling with the alignment(which was fine when test driving) and a few small things here and there. All of this was 100% my fault for not doing two things, getting a mechanic to look at the car before purchasing and purchasing the warranty. I will be reselling the car at half the valve I purchased the car at because the car is actually worth a lot less than I believe I bought it for. Definitely purchase a car from this small, kind, family owned dealership but bring your own trustworthy mechanic, and don’t live 2 hours away as you won’t be able to bring it in with ease even if you do buy a warranty(the reason I didn’t buy one)."

"By far one of the best places I've ever done business. All the cars are in mint condition. I bought a Lexus Rx 350. The car was well taken care of and definitely a great deal I got for my vehicle. The got me situated with a great deal on insurance including full coverage when I was paying way more with another company and with barely any coverage at all.
