"Ilya is a rip off. Don't believe a word this guy says. Dude said I would get a store credit in lieu of a $500 deposit that he refused to give back and when I asked him to honor the store credit he changed his mind and just decided to keep the deposit whole without honoring store credit for another good. If he steals and rip offs his customers imagine how all his deals are… be aware! If you read Ilya's reply to my complaint and want read truthful info, read the below: On 2/4/24 I went to vipawn to purchase a Yacht Master II for $17K. I also took two original Panerai pieces that bought a few years back to inquire trade in price he would offer. He lowed ball so much, that trading any of the pieces in was completely out of the table. He then came up with the great idea of "Cosigning the Panerais" I told him if I did it I would only cosigned one of them and told him my rock bottom on it would be $3.5K. He took the panerai and said he would try to sell it. Furthermore, I told him I wanted to put a $500 deposit on the YM and would be coming back the following day to pick it up and pay the balance in full out of good faith. I didn't have to put any down, but wanted to show I was serious. Something happened and less than 24hrs later I came back wanting to pick up the watch I left in consignment and also to get my $500 back in good faith as well. Obviously the crook refused on giving me my $500 back and insisted on keeping the watch and hassled me another $500 of the $3.5K we originally said I would take. I didnt want to, but had no other option as he had my watch and also the $500, so I wanted to mitigate the loss as much as possible. After two consecutive days of me coming back for my watch he finally gave it back and said the watch was "fake." I dont buy fake stuff, never have and never will. I rather not have the good if it is not real, but ok. That was his excuse, then he also said I would not be getting my $500 deposit back or even a store credit as he had originally promised. Now, you judge by yourself and make your own conclusions with facts and truth about this whole issue. By the way, why I was at his place the first day, one of the shops prior buyers came back complaining a Rolex watch Ilya sold him didn't pass the Rolex authenticity checks. The went back and fort and eventually Ilya honored the exchange for a "real" watch. So, actually, I'd argue the one selling frankenstein/fake pieces is him based on that interaction alone which I witness myself while waiting at his store for over 1hr..."
