We have been in business for over 30 years, We DO NOT have a website so we DO NOT do online orders. There is a company that opened last year Oliver's Gold that they are ordering from. Before they write negative reviews they should get the information right. We are Oliver's Gold SHOP. They are Oliver's Gold...without the Shop. We are constantly getting phone calls from people that ordered from that company. Before you write negative reviews....please make sure you are doing it about the right company."
"Highly disappointed. I ordered a custom medallion as a Christmas present for someone, but they cancelled my order because they "suspected the order was fraudulent." They should have reached out to me by phone or something to get the matter resolved. They had no problem taking the money off my card immediately during the purchase and my bank did not try to contact me for any fraudulent activity on my card so I don't believe that was the real issue."
"I’m not familiar with the actual jewelry shop itself , but I ordered a medallion offline it took forever for them to make it , customer service was horrible , they never give u an exact date on which u will be receiving your order . And each time I called for a representative I never got ahold of anyone . I wouldn’t waist money with them ."
