"First and foremost I am management at Cold air distributors and I was NEVER rude. The customer called asking for an aftermarket lightbulb (H49003). She wanted a LED bulb for a 1980 something Mercedes’ Benz and I KINDLY asked her what the exact vehicle was so I can better help her because that aftermarket number DID NOT pull up any light bulb. If she would of gave me the specific vehicle I could of helped her further but she refused and told me in her words that she didn’t want to go outside and ask that man and sucked her teeth… she explained she got the number from google but I told her google and our system are different. And I continue to ask her for the car information in which she refused to give. I tried my best helping her and she wasn’t satisfied because I couldn’t help her without the correct vehicle information. I had 2 customers sitting in front of me while I was trying to help her and they witness me NEVER EVER being rude to her I just kept repeating I need the car info and explained why in which she didn’t care. I’ve been in the car parts industry for 10 years and NEVER had an issue like this before especially about a light bulb at that. My apologies that we didn’t have that aftermarket light bulb but I tried helping her to the best of my abilities…"

"Jody was rude, inefficient, and did not care for potential repeat customers. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she claimed to be management. If she's management then this company has a bad choice in whom they hired to run their company. She cared less about finding the product that's needed and we use autoparts services multiply times a day."
