"This was my go to auto parts until a few weeks ago when I had a defective car battery and went to O-Reilly's for a portable charging device. There was a woman who was attending to me, but she would not unseat herself from the ladder she was sitting on to show me what they had on offer, so I gathered the devices myself, took them to her and asked her to tell me which one was best. She didn't know, had to ask her colleagues and then she took forever to bring back the one I selected. Meanwhile, the Lyft driver left me (15 minutes max), she said nothing (apologies or anything, but the staff was talking about me) and the manager was there hee' hee'ing and ha, ha'ing as if there were no cares in the world. Wasting time and my money. Lyft came, jumped my truck and I took their device back unused for refund, I recommend going somewhere else unless you don't care about the treatment you receive. There is no hope for change at this location. They need to flood the place and wipe it clean of the staff they have at this location. #FullStop"
