The product arrived late and was poorly packaged, already giving me a bad first impression. Upon installation, the radiator started leaking within a week, causing significant damage to my car and It was both noisy and inefficient. Moreover, attempting to reach their customer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive and showed a lack of concern for the issues I faced. Getting a refund or any kind of support seemed nearly impossible. In summary, this radiator from U Factory Radiators was a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against purchasing their products due to their poor quality, inadequate heating performance, and appalling customer service.
