"HORRIBLE experience. The blonde hag that seems to be wearing a manager shirt, doesn't wear a name tag for obvious reasons is the worst example of customer service I have seen. The store manager Alejandro tried defusing the situation but the lady came coming out from the back to yell nonsense while I was speaking with Alejandro. It was to the point she was yelling at me as I was walking out of the store. Claiming she has been doing this for 20 years, it is definitely time to retire. Alejandro the store manager, you were super professional and you did your best to control the situation. I am sorry again you have to deal with such a horrible employee and I'm hoping you are there as her replacement. Never visiting this location again."
