"I am a private nurse who works for Nancy Frohlich. Paul has been nothing but professional and kind we followed him from 69th street. Emily on the other hand is very disrespectful to the disabled woman I take care of, always giving her a hard time, showing her no patience or respect. I have spoken to George her supervisor about this issue more than once also Paul. Yesterday Nancy went to fill a prescription while I was shopping, Emily was yet again rude and nasty to her, making her cry. I went to the pharmacy Recording everything! Emily was nasty to me also along with assistant. I have it recorded. She was refusing to fill one of her prescriptions saying she felt uncomfortable filling it! I have everything recorded! The prescription has been filled there every month. She was just deliberately giving Nancy a difficult time. My father is a Dr. at a hospital and finds her behavior unacceptable and is reporting her beyond Publix. This is unacceptable behavior from person in the medical field."
