"Mary is an exceptional Pharmacist who truly has the patient’s best interest at heart. The entire staff always are friendly and helpful. My medicine is always ready when they give me my pickup date. The other Pharmacist and all the Technicians are always pleasant to see each month. Thank You Mary for always having the availability of medication longest I have ever had to wait was 24 hours. Mary the pharmacist was concerned and was willing to bring it to my house. That is outstanding customer service. I also want to thank Anna and Keith who also during helped. "ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I switched to the AHF Pharmacy at Out of the Closet on Sunrise Blvd a few years ago and the difference in the level of service is remarkable. Miles above the level at the AHF on Wilton Drive. Everyone at the Sunrise Blvd location is efficient, friendly, and helpful. And it’s constant. Mary, the pharmacist, and her crew go above and beyond. It is really appreciated."

"I am not posting one star because of the actual AHF pharmacy. I have always had an exceptional experience there: the technicians are fantastic, polite, friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful and make the situation best for me and Out of the Closet is pleasant shopping experience if you are waiting on your refill. My rating is based on an experience I had today in hopes I'm possibly heard. I am leaving FL to be in IN for at least 6 months helping my parents remodel some houses for renting. We are leaving very early tomorrow morning and just to be sure I didn't have any issues with my medication, I called for a refill. Wilton location didn't have part of my scripts so she was kind enough to call the Sunrise Blvd location who filled it. I left my house at 6pm but due to traffic, I called them ten minutes before they closed to let them know that I was cutting it close but I would be there for my refill. The technician was kind enough to call back to inform me that they were closing 5 minutes early. I got a little upset because I was under a lot of stress and it made no sense to me that a pharmacy would close early. I asked why and she informed me that it wasn't the pharmacy but store that was closing and they wouldn't let me in. She said she would go and inform the manager and I thanked her profusely. I'm sure she did put in a word but apparently the manager needed a martini more than I needed my medication. I arrived in the parking lot at 6:59. The lights were off, the pharmacy shutters were pulled down and there was no one in sight. They had closed *5 minutes* early. I do not know the circumstance that would provoke a business to close with only 5 business minutes left, however, I cannot imagine that some back up plan wouldn't be in place in case a manager had some type of emergency. I do know that, whoever made the decision was not acting on behalf of AHF as a respected business whose standard is to serve to the best of their ability. I would be happy to change my review and rating if I were given an explanation and assurance that this experience would not happen to others in similar circumstance as I have just described.
