"They are constantly out of very common items . Today it was q tips . On several occasions they have texted Rx was ready and it wasn’t. One time a pharmacy assistant told me they didn’t text . I should him the text , he said come back after 4 . Lol they don’t seem to care at all ."

"If I could give no stars I would. As a nurse the way I was treated and spoken to for a simple low dose controlled rx I was completely taken back. Brian the pharmacist has NO BUSINESS being in customer service or in the medical field/profession at all. He is extremely rude unprofessional and condescending. Accused me of things that were completely false and had no evidence of. He REFUSED to fill my medication which in turn caused me more pain and effected my health. I will be reporting him to the board of pharmacy and also will be calling his corporate location. He should NOT be allowed to have ANY interactions with patients. Told me I can do what I want he doesn’t care and that he’s the only pharmacist that will tell me the truth. The truth about what Brian ? That you’re so miserable and unhappy with your own life that you take it out on patients and refuse a valid prescription ? Corporate will pull the call and hear how horribly he treated me and spoke to me. I hope Brian doesn’t have family members that have medical issues and encounter someone like him. Brian you should be ashamed of yourself."

"Went to pick up my husband‘s prescription two days after it was called in. When I got there they told me that my insurance required preauthorization. We do not have any insurance never did. They also did not have the medication in stock. No CVS in 20 miles did. I didn’t receive one phone call regarding the medication not being in stock or regarding this nonexistent insurance. Not only did they lie but I received no apology and no help transferring my prescription. This is a very important medication and it being a holiday weekend I was very disappointed in how pharmacists handled this. I hope that in the future they call patients to let them know the medication isn’t in stock."
