"Save yourself the headache, don't do business with this company! Purchased a carbon fiber diffuser from them and it took months to arrive. Got here with cracks in the clear coat in 4 separate places. Seemed to care at first, said they'd send a return shipping label. Followed up 5 times over three months since they acknowledged the damaged product... crickets! Horrible follow up and absolutely zero customer service, shocked they're even still in business!"

"I ordered a part last month and have yet to receive it. They do not answer any help that you have and they will deceive you. I was told my order would be delivered today but when I went to track my order, it says the label has been created. These people do not uphold their word. There is no reason why they should not have communication with their customers especially when you’re paying a lot of money and waiting a decent time to receive your stuff. Horrible service. Especially if you deal with Jhonatan. Won’t purchase from them again."

"Jhonatan and this company as a whole are really unorganized and should be evaluated for their lack of communication to their customers. From my understanding, they used to never be like this and all of a sudden, it’s as if their company and business practices went out the door. I requested for shipping address to be updated the moment I ordered the V2 diffuser and now the moment when they’re about to ship, they’re asking if it’s the correct shipping address. I have contacted them prior to that which confirmed that no one checks their emails. When you call them, it immediately goes to voicemail. It’s like you cannot get ahold of them what’s so ever. I am still waiting for an update in regards to my order but who knows when I will even hear from them."

"Purchased a carbon fibre diffuser mid last year. Received the product 2 months after in a damaged state with cracks all over. After contacting them, they lied that they sent a new repalcement and stopped responding. Granted, logistics were messed cause of COVID19, waited 5 months and still nothing. Poor customer service, with email replies once a fortnight and sketchy quality products. Save your time, effort, and money. Don't buy from these people."

"Do not buy from this company! We were sent wrongly measured mirror caps in May and sent them back after being assured that we would get the right ones in the mail. Nearly a year later, after sending several emails and messages on Facebook (before getting blocked), we haven’t gotten any word from the company. Awful scam, do NOT spend your money here!"
