"I needed 4 tires changed , so I went on their website and made an appointment to get these changed. It was the day before super bowl. The guy that greeted me was very friendly. He told me that my tires would have to be obtained from a nearby warehouse but same-day installation wouldn't be a problem. I opted to come back the next day, Super Bowl Sunday, and have them changed. When I got there the next day, there was a complete different atmosphere. I told the guy that greeted me that I want to know when it's time for the alignment and that I wanted to see it being done. He looked at me perplexed and I told him that I want to make sure that I get what I am paying for. After 1.5 hours, I went to see what's taking so long. Even though I wasn't in a rush, I wanted to make sure that I am not missing the alignment. There was nobody at the reception area, so I went outside to look into the garage and there was my car on the lift. There was a guy working on tires way back in the garage and suddenly starts shouting at me. "Hey what's up? What do you want?" He started swinging his arms and waving me back there and he was very stressed. He again asked me what was going on. So I tried to start a sentence but he interrupts me saying that he knew how I was promised for the job to be done within an hour. I am like LOL, I am dealing with a fortune teller. I told him that I wasn't concerned about that and told him that I wanted to see the alignment. He was also pissed that I didn't come through the door that was inside the store. I told him that there was a sign that said to not enter without authorization. Anyways, I left him, saying that I am not in a rush but I want to see the alignment, that's all. As I was sitting back in the waiting room area, a tow truck showed up with a stranded older couple from Daytona Beach. The guy that was running the shop talked to the guy who I just talked about fixing the car and he got super upset because he was gonna miss the super bowl game. I am not into football but I do understand where he was coming from-I felt bad.... 5 minutes later, another worker comes to the waiting room area and shouting toward me and doing this curling gesture with his index finger like my middle school teacher would do when she was pissed. I am older than him, yet he made this gesture like I am his son. I thought that was disrespectful. Oh well, I thought and forgave him. As I get outside, there was my car with all tires and ready to go. The other guy that was originally working on it said that the alignment couldn't be done because the control arm was broken. The guy that treated me like a little kid sat in the car and playing with the gas pedal and breaks making it look like the tires are jumping. They showed me a control arm and said it was broken and that is why the alignment couldn't be done. So I am thinking to myself.."Why couldn't you discuss this with me before putting the tires back on?". Then I asked to get an estimate for the control arms. They said that both needed to be repaired. The estimate was outrages and I told them that I am not gonna do it right now and wait. At that point I was making a connection to the Super Bowl and I left. I expected my tires to jump and make noises but nothing, which clearly showed that this was all play. For the benefit of the doubt and to make sure my control arms are not broken, I took my car to the Dealership. I wanted to know if there is fraud involved. So yesterday, I had my car inspected, specifically the control arms. There was no issue with them and they aligned my tires which Tire Choice didn't do because it was too time consuming. I am super disappointed about how I was treated and because of fraud, I will have my attorney deal with this. This is unacceptable!"

"I needed a new run flat tire, which are pretty pricey. I called the night before and they said we had to come in person to pay in advance for the tire (that is my only complaint - I wish I could have given my cc over the phone to pre-order tire). I arrived at about 8am to pay, my tire arrived by 1pm, the same day and on my way home from work they replaced the tire in about 20 minutes. Quick efficient service!"

"Good service, people are nice. My issue is that they charged me $366 for a tire that is $195.74 on Tire Rack (OE equipment). Next time, I ll buy the tire myself and get it delivered to them. I get adding a bit on the price for the convenience, but an 85% markup is a bit much."

"They did a very good job. They changed all four of my tires in the estimated time, balanced and tested. My car feels like new, the steering is smooth. Patrick was extremely kind. I'll be back when it's time to replace the tires again."

"Scheduled appointment for tires balanced. Was told balancing tires would do no good, my problem was that I needed two controllers arms for $1,088.62 with installation. I asked to just balance tires, was told again wouldn't do any good. Declined service and went to dealership for warranty. They found no problem with control arms. I guess these guys saw that I was visiting from another state and figured they could take me. Be careful if you're dealing with these guys, get a second opinion. Dishonest group"
