During my latest visit, I was met yet again with disorganized and rude service. My medications weren't ready, and the staff struggled to find even basic information like my email or birth date. After a one-hour wait, I finally received only one of the four medications needed for my family, with the excuse that 'it was getting late for them.' The inefficiency and lack of professionalism are especially concerning when dealing with an establishment that sells medication.
