"Ordered an OEM turbo for my mr2 from them and arrived fast and packaged well. I installed in car and exhaust smoked a lot. I contacted JDM and received a response quickly. I explained everything I did and was informed that being that turbo is used that th there could be oil in turbo that needs to be "blown out." JDM advised me to run car for a while and see if smoke went away. I never had this happen on any other turbo install so that is reason why I contacted them. JDM rep let me know that if turbo was blown or not working correctly that they would either replace or refund ALL my money...no questions asked. I took car for a drive until smoke was gone and no issues since. Guy at JDM was going on vacation and told me to keep him updated even though he'd be out of shop. So anyone saying they had a bad experience with JDM of Miami, next time give people a chance to correct "your " issue before you bash them. I will definitely shop here again.
