"The service to my car may be done properly but everything else is horrible. Long wait times (~4 hours), car is barely even cleaned, they try to trick you into getting things you don't need without even checking the car, common areas are ok but don't even have water to offer you unless you buy it, so definitely doesn't help with the wait and no one really communicates with you what's going on throughout the process or how much longer you might have to wait unless you go and catch the guy yourself. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the service is done "properly"."
