"Anna Marie was abusive, disrespectful and nasty on the telephone and she hung up on me several times. She prevented me from getting through to my Pharmacy for the whole day. Also Jack the so-called manager is very nasty and has a very bad attitude. Still having problems. Very poor customer service. They give you whatever kind of medicine they want to give you without regard for whether you can take it or not. Now I'm stuck with at least three weeks worth of medicine that does not work for me call because they made decisions on my behalf without consulting me."
