"The most unprofessional people , last week I came in needed if a part , the manager in the front desk was rude saying , what do you want , and hurry because I’m busy , I ignored the rudeness , then tell him the part he says , I’ll have it by Tommorow , I said ok , then I call and he says still not in, then now a week later I come in and then he tells me I could have it in a week . Because he never put the order in , go to New Jersey these people are not to be trusted."

"I tried to call in to check the price of a headlight and was immediately put on hold without warning. I was then hung up on after 5-7 minutes. I attempted to call back only to be immediately put on hold again. I must say for those who’ve listened to their hold message; it’s extremely ironic. I was a first time customer and the experience drove me away so I just ordered the headlight online from a different vendor. DON’T CALL THESE PEOPLE. They shouldn’t offer customer service via phone if they don’t have any manners/etiquette."

"Make sure you ask for Shayra. Amazing employee who really cares for her customers. I walked in after my BMW low oil warning came on. I had just had an oil change two days prior. And my car was no almost out of oil!!!!!! Instead of trying to just sell me oil and get me on my way. She took the time to call the shop where I had taken it in for service. She spoke to the manager at the location I had taken it to (Miami gardens). She was able to get the manager to arrange a complementary towing to the nearest shop. Turns out the shop who had done the oil change left the oil drain open!!!!! She went above and beyond to help me !! I couldn’t be more thankful!!"

"I needed to get prices on breaks for my vehicle and stopped by The Parts House on my way home. I was greeted very nicely and was assisted right away. They really went above and beyond to help me with exactly what I needed (I don't know anything about parts). They provided AWESOME and quick service and great prices."
