"Brought company truck here and they covered the entire truck in overspray. Tried to get away with just washing it off, but that didn’t remove the overspray. They had to try to scrub it with clay bar and scratched up the entire truck that was 1 week old. I do not recommend this LineX location."

"Brought my brand new truck here less than a week old to get bed liner. They coated the entire truck with overspray. Don said it was just dust and pollen and would simply come off with a wash. This obviously was overspray coating the entire truck. After bringing to 3 different detailers and a body shop, all said this was overspray from LineX “they do this all the time”. Don refused to let my detailer take care of it said his detailer would take care of it. After his detailer was done the truck was covered in scratches from the amount of friction it took to try to remove the thick overspray. If you dont want your truck ruined from incompetency I would stay far away from this location."

"I brought in a tailgate on a Ford truck thinking that it would be a week or so before I got it back. But I got a call two days later from Tierra saying that it was ready and it looks great. They even helped me put it on. They were great I will use them from now on"

"First off, I don’t generally leave reviews, and I debated leaving this one because I don’t like to spread negativity, but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Line-X dealer. I’ve had 13 new trucks sprayed by line-x dealers across the country and this was the worst. A one star is even giving them too much credit. The truck was completely covered, inside and out, with overspray and sanding dust. The paint itself was covered in overspray. There were fingerprints and hand prints from the coating spread out on the truck. Also, they scratched the tailgate and the owners response was “it happens”. For spending $1100.00, it better not happen! WILL NEVER GO BACK, and will definitely be more cautious with who I take my future trucks to."

"Needed a simple line-x within the rear wheel wells of my truck. When I dropped it off I asked the receptionist if she wanted me to point out exactly what I wanted done. She informed me that they "do this all the time". I put my trust in Line-X of Southwest Florida and the outcome was perfect. Was promised to be ready for pickup by the end of the day and my truck was finished by 3p. Great service and a great product."
