"I been wondering about this place for the last few months, since I was going next-door for lunch, every 2 to 3 days. It is a very nice gin shop. They have a very good inventory. Somewhere in my conversation with Adam, I mentioned that I had been looking for a very specific and very hard to find specially at a decent price AR pistol. One that even tho are the best ARs money can buy, a lot of people are not very familiar with. What is it, he asked. LWRCI PSD piston pistol, not the gas one that one everyone has it. He replied… I do not have one in stock but I can get it for you no problem. I said “I been looking for it for a year, I found one but they want 1k over msrp”. He just didn’t get it for me two days later, but he also gave me a great deal on it. I should have come here in the first place lol. Great guys to work with. I highly recommend it for your gun needs."

"Under new ownership - what a pleasant surprise! I had written this place off years ago due to the know-nothing yahoos who previously owned this place and worked here, but recently found out that they were bought out by new owners and are now a family-run gun shop, so I decided to give them a try. After scouring numerous other local gun shops for defensive ammo and coming up short, I called up Castle Keep, and to my surprise they had exactly what I was looking for. The owner even offered to set the ammo aside for me until I got there. Now that’s customer service, folks! Upon entering the store, I couldn’t help but notice the night and day difference in the decor and layout. Previously, the place was a straight up dump! The new owners clearly invested a lot of money and time to update the premises, and it shows. They have a good selection of reasonably priced firearms (new AND used) and accessories and are constantly working on bringing in new inventory. After speaking with the owner on a multitude of gun-related topics, it’s clear he is knowledgeable about firearms and is passionate about them. That is NOT something I would have send about previous ownership/management. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a good experience at a gun shop. This is the type of small business/family-owned operation I love supporting, and that’s exactly what I plan on doing in the future for all my firearm-related needs."

"Overall my initial encounter was that seems like a nice small town gun shop. They take firearm safety very seriously which a huge pro and I applaud them for that. However the prices of the firearms and ammo are way too high. One can go to other local gun shops or big chains for significantly cheaper. Would love to be a customer here if it was priced fair and was willing to negotiate."
