"Rudest man I have ever met at a jewelry store. I’m not sure if these people write all the reviews for this place themselves, or if people just caught them on a good day, but he seemed extremely irritated that he even had to acknowledge that I was even there. AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE! i inquired about a couple of things and everything was one word answers. I was looking to sell & buy because you know that’s what they advertise, and unless you walk in with the Crown Jewels they won’t buy a thing. I had roughly 2k worth of items to sell and he said that it “wouldn’t be worth his time” so I asked if he would take a look at another item and he cut me off and said “not interested” which is fine, not everything is for everyone, but as I started to say I’m interested in buying a chain also, he turned around and walked away, so I said fine you don’t want my money then walked out. Magically he wanted to take a look then….but I just kept walking. Tired of these people advertising what they do then NOT DOING IT!!"

"Amazing service! Needed to get my ring resized and the center stone was loose in the setting. He had my ring fixed and sized in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent!Definitely will be bringing my jewelry here in the future!"
