If you need them for a FFL transfer expect a slow, over priced process from employees that are annoyed with FFL transfers. Why even offer this service? Anyways if you’re looking for FFL that doesn’t overcharge and are enthusiastic to work with, I recommend ‘Don’t Be A Sitting Duck’ in Kissimmee."

"Let me start by saying that this location has outstanding customer service! I worked mainly with Robert, however each person that I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly, and wanted to help. I always feel the best way to judge a company isn't how they treat you before they have your money, its after, and to be completely honest, I did initially have an issue. The B&T SPC9 that they sent me had some (what I considered unacceptable) cosmetic issues and was missing the mag so I didn't take delivery from my FFL. I reached out to them regarding these issues and customer service (Robert) apologized profusely and said he'd handle everything from there. They sent a label to send the original back, sent out a replacement, and followed up to make sure that everything was good. I got an absolutely stellar deal and the replacement was perfect. Overall very happy customer!"

"Do not recommend. They continued skipping me in line. FDLE provided a 2 hour estimate and after waiting an hour they told me it should be another hour. They should have just told me the wait time to begin with. When I returned to pick up the unit, they answered the phone twice and helped another customer that was not waiting in line despite me being next in line. Thanks, but no thanks buddies! Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews about this place. Will not be using this company for any of my orders going forward."

"The whole team is knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a firearm from the winter garden location and took my concealed weapons class at this location. The Firearms instructor Marty was extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. He answered every question that came up during the class and ensured that everyone understood how to handle and operate a firearm safely and comfortably. We had people in our class who were experienced with firearms and others who had never shot a firearm before and Marty did a great job teaching everyone. I will be returning to the armories for future purchases and recommending them to my family and friends."
