"I am a daily customer, and spend money heavily here on parts. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, specifically Terry. On more than one occasion I’ve been treated like a child and yelled at by who I assume is the operations manager. For example, at the start of the pandemic I used the restroom. There were no signs, and multiple people saw me walk in that direction. When I opened the door this manager was waiting outside. Rather than kindly tell me their policy, he yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of everyone within an earshot. Like I said, I’m here daily. I’ve never had a good experience with this person. I can only imagine how he treats his employees. Today was the last straw when he “caught” me pretending to steal a master pricing list from tool web. I was simply going to use it as a prop to joke with my salesman. I, an employee of my business, would have no use for this pamphlet. Alas, I was treated like a child once again and yelled at. Time to retire, buddy!"
