I’m tired of being so nice and yet they all still treat everyone like garbage and have never even asked if I had questions for the pharmacist other than a nice young white lady! "Terrible service from pharmacy. I’m not from here. I spent all night in ER with my 4 yr old. Next afternoon, dropped off RX. Said it would be ready in an hour and a half. I don’t live that close so I just waited across the street for time frame. When I returned she informed me that they were out of stock. WHY WAS THIS NOT CHECKED WHEN I GAVE HER THE RX?! She did not make sure they had the correct phone number to contact me. They didn’t even have an old phone number. Just a bunch of random numbers ive never been associated with! Waist of time! I obviously did not want to wait in the car with my child for 1 1/2 hrs for nothing! Thanks a lot. Took my business across the street to CVS. Never again will I use this Walgreens!"

"Took a prescription for a compound cream that needed to be mixed. I arrived around 12:30 or 1pm on 04/19/21. I was told to come back at 3pm on the same day and the prescription would be ready. I returned at 5pm and it wasn't ready. I was told because it was a compound it would be ready the following day, the 20th at 3pm. We returned at 8pm on the 20th and it still wasn't ready. It was promised twice and not ready at either time. If you need your prescription timely, DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T use the Walgreens located at 900 Providence Blvd in Brandon Florida. I have to use them until I find another pharmacy that does compounding. LOOKING FOR ONE AS SOON AS I FINISH THIS POST!!"
