"Not happy at all!!!! I've tried 2 of their carbs,choke didn't work on either. Being honest,in their defense I was contacted about sending me a 3rd,but I declined because at least the 2nd one would run half descent if I could get past the flooding and the engine warms up. But now,all it will do is flood. I called, got a rude guy that told me I had to send the core before they would do anything,but I had to keep the old one so I can at least idle the truck!!! All I'm saying is,as for my experience,I wasted 300.00. They won't give my money back,and I can't keep putting bad carbs,and flooding a good engine out! Not trying to be mean,I'm sure they did the best they could,I guess.the only thing that bothers me,is the attitude of the guy on the phone. Bad enough to take my money for a bad carb,but to talk to me like I'm stupid,WONT EVER HAPPEN AGAIN! if you buy from these guys,GOOD LUCK!"

"I sent them an oem mericruser carb and ordered a rebuilt oem carb. The only reason we ordered a new one was because of the engine running rich and hard starting. The engine ran good when it was running. The first carb we received did not run. I called support and they said they would issue a new one. The second one they sent had a sticking float and once the engine started the gas filled the engine cylinders and hydrolocked the engine. After that we were unsatisfied and lost all hope with this company. I called support and they tried to blame it on faulty wiring or incorrect fuel pressure. As I told them over and over the engine ran fine before swapping the carburetor. We had had hard starting and the engine ran rich. We had to take the boat to a mechanic to rebuilt the said “rebuilt carburetor” and tune it. The company says they bench test their carburetors and clearly they do not. I asked for a refund or partial compensation and the support guy said they don’t do that and hung up. I would advise anyone to use another company."
