Reviews
"The pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians are always rude and condescending."
"I’m honestly not sure of the name of the Pharmacist at my local Publix Supermarket in Holly Hill and will update this review with a name as soon as I hear back from cooperate. Maybe it’s Kim, because I see a similar review to this one. I was asking for a prescription to be filled one day early so my husband and I could get on the road early Sunday morning for our vacation to visit his parents in Destin, Fl. One Day!! Day 28. Instead I was shamed (basically a backhanded comment implying abuse) being told I should have medicine left. I did, but not over one weeks worth and not something I want to concern myself with on vacation. There was no reasoning with her. I was then told they would be ready at 12:00 on Sunday…the next day, so I asked if they could be ready first thing. I was told they open at 11:00, and I could come in at 11 and stare at her for an hour. Wow. How professional. I’m a college educated business owner and would never speak that way to a customer. The way I was treated was disgraceful. I called another Publix and told that Pharmacist about what had happened, she looked at my information and saw I’ve never asked for an early fill and had them ready for me within 20 minutes. I hope the pharmacist at the Holly Hill Publix and her God complex reads this. Her customer service is UNACCEPTABLE. Her accusations that I abuse my medicine & should have leftover medicine and the nasty comment that I could come and stare at her while waiting will not be tolerated by me. I’ve contacted the store manager, corporate office and will not relent until she is reprimanded and I received an apology. Doctors prescribe medications for their patients as they know their patients history and what is working for said patient. A Pharmacist’s job is to fill the prescription. I am a good customer and person that has never asked for an early fill and should not have been spoken to that way and shamed as if I have a “drug” problem. There will be extenuating circumstances that occur in life. I’m grateful to the kind pharmacist at the other Publix who filled the prescription. It is bright and early Sunday morning and we are heading out for vacation. I’m thankful I won’t have to wait until 12:00 to get on the road or arrive at 11:00 to “stare” at a narcissistic pharmacist with a bad attitude. Anyway, it’s a beautiful day and we are excited to see our family. I truly believe that you reap what you sow."
"Very upset by the was I treated at my local Holly Hill Publix Pharmacy. The Pharmacist Kim made me feel very uncomfortable in her line of sarcastic questioning and the smug look on her face was enough to make me want to go elsewhere in fact she suggested it. She said “You need to keep all your prescriptions in one place”. Her wish was instantly granted I will take my business elsewhere! The Publix Pharmacy takes a little longer to fill your prescription or prescriptions so my wife and I go shopping while we wait. Our shopping bill alone almost always exceeds over 100.00 easily. Well that will no longer be... I will gladly do what Kim suggested and take my business elsewhere. I’m a manager in the customer service industry myself and have heard it all. Never from a professional in the medical field would I ever expect to experience this kind of behavior. In the end Kim filled my prescriptions because I’m a compliant coustomer same doctor, medication, milligram, insurance ect... However this is not the quality of service we’ve come to know and expect from Publix and for that I’m writing this review in hopes that others like myself are not treated in the manner I was. I subsequently wrote a letter to Publix.. The pharmacist lost my business totally I will no longer shop there. Sad because I live two mins away!"
"I have been going to the pharmacy for over a year picking up my prescriptions they don't even recognize me the treat me like dirt. I'm sick I needed a zpack. I had my other regular prescriptions that I dropped off every month like I do and then the pharmacist again was rude and told me that I could not pick up my prescriptions until tomorrow. that's never happened to me I'm very very mad. my husband has worked for Publix for over 10 years."
