"I had a prescription delivered to me, which was in a glass vial. Unfortunately, when I received it, the vial had a hairline fracture, and all of my medication had leaked out and was in the actual baggie that it came in. I called the next day and spoke with Abi. She was so kind and understanding and heartfelt. I told her how sad I was about what happened and she said that things like that can happen. She told me someone would be calling me to make sure they had my information correctly. Within an hour Sally had me on the phone. Just as sweet as Abi! She even apologized for not being able to get another script to me sooner than this upcoming Tuesday. What an amazing pharmacy. Professional, kind, caring. You don’t see that anymore these days. This was an easy five star review from me!"

"I have not gotten my prescription in over a week. They tell me 5-6 business days. It’s been over that. I call them all day today, phone numbers I am told by the recording are not in service and the 877 number is busy or just hangs up on you. They already billed my credit card over a week ago and I have no prescription and I cannot get in touch with them. Angry. I gave one star because in the past they were very good. Now I am out money and a prescription!"
