"Worst service they sent my prescription by mistake to the AHF pharmacy and in this Orlando pharmacy they claimed they could not get it. I called the Dallas pharmacy and they confirmed the Orlando pharmacy could give it to me after giving my personal details. I went back and nothing. i had to leave and have it delivered"

"Absolutely worst experience contacting a pharmacy. I'm a provider and was calling in a prescription for a patient going to a long-term care facility as they do not take electronic prescriptions. Waited 15 minutes on the phone to be transferred to one person and hung up on. Then I called again and was transferred again to another person who couldn't help me to transfer me off to another person that hung up on me the minute they answered. I called back the third time and explained that I'm very upset that I need to get a hold of a pharmacist to place an order directly and I'm not waiting another 35 minutes I have already spent on hold to be hung up on. This is the absolute worst I mean worst call center pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I pray that nobody needs their physician or provider to contact this pharmacy for any prescriptions they need an emergency or anything quick as most providers will not sit on hold as long as I have!!"

"Tried to use this pharmacy first time ever. Had prescription called in on Tuesday. Heard nothing from them, I called them on Friday to see what was going on. I was asked if I have insurance. I told them I was going to use good rx. Now despite that they are advertised on good RX as having my prescription for $16they did not want to honor it. Did not call did not honor their advertised price. Guy I spoke with seemed as though he could careless. Would not recommend will not even consider unless it is last resort in the future. Go where they don't do bait and switch."

"We have had serious problems every single month with this place. Even calling three days ahead, they don't have it ready and always blame someone else. No courtesy to call you. Nice way to treat patirnts with Heart disease and HIV. Never go there if you value your health."
