Carepoint Pharmacy

"My doctors office drove me crazy trying to get refill. I was so upset with my doctor that I was crying when I called CarePoint to let them know my credit card info - let them know the doctor finally approved- they called my local police saying I was suicidal….Police searched for me - 4 police officers interrogated me for 2 hours about killing myself - Then they never shipped my anything. On Monday morning they laughed at me. I think they like hurting people. I am just a little old lady with anxiety. This is what is wrong with the world."

"Went to pick up some eye drops. Guy inside had never bothered to check his computer and realize a prescription had been sent over. Then informs me he doesn't have it and can't fill it for 2 days. Then says it will be faster if I call Dr vs having him transfer it to another pharmacy. This place was extremely unhelpful."

"Please save yourself some time by not using this pharmacy. Called them up at 9am to get my prescription filled. I dealt with them all day. They kept saying they would call me back. They never called. I eventually asked them to send my prescription to another pharmacy. I asked them to give me some type of confirmation that it was sent. They said they couldn't do that. They said it would be sent today. Guess what it was never sent. Now they are closed for the day. Would've beeen 15-30 minutes at walgreens."

"Awful service. They say I can pick it up but I need to arrange a time first, then they text me that they’re shipping it. I then wait a few days and nothing, so I call they say we had a note you were picking it up. I ask how much is shipping , they say free. I said I’ll just have it shipped, they agree, I wait 1.5 weeks and nothing. I call and they say “the pharmacist said we cannot ship it for that price” ( I used a goodrx coupon). I say ok then I’ll pick it up. Can I pick it up now and they agreed and that went fine. But my complaint is if you’re not going to do what we agreed to or the order is in a stuck state, tell me. How else can we fix it?"

"Great caring staff. Helped me jump thru insurance hoops to get my meds. Friendly and caring! I will never go to a CVS or Walgreens again. I felt like a person at carepoint and that they were there for me as a person and not just another rx refill."
