"Service was so bad, I will never go back there or buy a car from there, they don't communicate with you and have you waiting and still didn't fix my car. Every time I went there for service they treated me badly. Maybe they are prejudice to me. Will never go back there. Or they made at me because I will not let them get more money out of me. He got me mix up with another customer or he lied and said I needed things repaired and then told me it was another customer instead. So he so dumb he didn't look at the name on the paper work."

Selim is great, very friendly and communicates well. Sarah is also nice and keeps me up to date on my car. Claudia was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. All around great experience."

"I had my truck in here for service and paint. Both departments screwed up. I paid every bill I was presented, and was given the keys. Paint was so nasty, I took it to Chevy to have painted correctly (at 9:06 am). They drove down, stole my truck stating I had stolen my own truck they gave me the keys to. (It seems they didn't charge my wife for the service department, only the paint department. Not a big deal, we meant to pay everything, but they simply didn't give us the bill.) At 4:52, Ford finally sent me an emailed bill I had been requesting for weeks. Now, the police are involved because instead of presenting me a bill, they stole my truck. Also, they had to get a flat bed wrecker to steal it because I had sent them pictures at 9 am where they didn't hook up my air bags. The vehicle left their shop unsafe- they weren't upset about that though. Nor the terrible paint. Nor the vandalism (in 5 months, they had it for 4) So be aware! The managers don't communicate. The main manager when I told him about my rims needing to be fixed asked " do you want it to not leak, or to look good because those are two different things" I just paid almost $20k In cash to this Ford location not including what my insurance paid and the rest of the brand new car purchased less than a year ago. (Purchased over $50k). This is how this Disabled Veteran was treated. They (the parts manager) literally threatened me physically, threatened to have me arrested for stealing my truck, threatened me with a lawsuit (not sure for what, but "You're going to need an attorney") because they didn't send me a bill so I couldn't pay it. I have texts and emails to support not getting the bill until 4:52pm. We paid every bill we had and were given ghe keys."
