"I just left from the CVs in Millenia. I had an issue with a payment online. I asked this attendant to help me, she said very rolude to me that she is only the one who can go to me and in that moment she was busy. After waiting few minutes she came to and fixed the problem . She just left and didn’t say any word. So far it was okay for me. But in the end when I left I said Thank you. She didn’t answer me, maybe because she didn’t listen to me. So I repeted it again and she again didn’t reply me. This woman looks that she is not happy with herself! I will not come to that CVS from Millenia anymore."
"They were the best they took care of me right away .amazing am so so happy picking up my medicine . Very impressed"
"Twice I received very poor service from the woman who works there, this morning, in addition to the terrible service, making mocking faces, she stopped me from purchasing another personal item along with my medication, she said she was very busy and if I If she wanted to, she should pay at the cashier up front, as this wouldn't take 2 more minutes of her time and the pharmacy didn't have any customers to be served! In fact, I'd rather go to another pharmacy far from home than go back there"
"If I could give 0 stars I would, to begin my doctor had accidentally sent my prescription refill to this location as I used to live in this area a little over a year ago. No biggie as in the past I knew transferring prescriptions between CVS locations was an easy process as I've moved quite a bit over the years. Unfortunately, when it comes to this location that is a big fat no. I requested a transfer and was denied immediately which then prompted my prescription to be placed "on hold", I called my local CVS location I was transferring to and was informed I needed to call this location to ask them to please take the hold off so it could be transferred. I then proceeded to then call this CVS two days in a row and was placed on hold for more than an hour every time before the line was cut off. Finally got ahold of them on the 3rd day and was met with an employee who was extremely rude and bothered by my questions and request to have my prescription placed off hold and transferred. After the interaction I decided to change pharmacy companies completely as suggested by my doctor when I called to inform them I still was unable to transfer my prescription. I then called a different local pharmacy company (had a wonderfully helpful employee) to transfer my prescription over and they informed me once they contacted my previous pharmacy my prescription would be ready in 2-3 hours. Simple right? Wrong! I called later in the day to get an update on the transfer status to learn that they too have been attempting to contact this CVS for my transfer all day and were continuously being put on holds and disconnected. I know with vaccine season pharmacies are busier than normal but there absolutely should not be this big of a barrier when it comes to contacting a pharmacy!"
"I came to the Pharmacy to pick up a prescription that has been ready for a few days. Upon approaching the counter, I was ignored. Not a, “hello!” “be right with you!” “come back later!” in sight. Nothing. The pharmacist I believe was on the phone and Lexi was filling orders and wouldn’t even look up. When she finally came over, she asked if I “had a question or something”. I let her know I was there to pick up a prescription and I then asked if the children’s Tylenol was behind the counter as I didn’t see it with the other items. The pharmacist directed me to the Tylenol. After picking up the Tylenol and coming back to the counter, Lexi continued filling orders as if she did not see me standing back at the counter. I had to ask on two separate occasions if I should just come back—she never responded—but the Pharmacist said she would be with me momentarily (twice). I regularly frequent this CVS Target. I’m not sure if she’s new as I’ve been away following the birth of my child, but, absolutely not. She needs to do better. If she doesn’t want to interact with humans, she should find a position that will allow her to be as dismissive to others as she was today. Until then, there’s no way she should continue representing a prominent brand like CVS in the manner she chose to represent it today. It’s unacceptable and uncalled for. Especially when it’s unprovoked."
