"Nice little community pharmacy, friendly staff. Small pharmacy so they don’t have all the things you can get from CVS for example but for a small community and fast medicine pickup it works well."
"I'm a new customer since Winn-Dixie is closing down their pharmacy, and this is the only other pharmacy without having to drive out of town. I have been extremely satisfied so far. I had my son's medicine electronically sent over. Before I could make it to the pharmacy to provide his insurance card, they had already gotten the info from my son's Dr and had the script ready and waiting for me. Then, I had my husbands scripts sent there and they filled them for me with the info I provided over the phone, so I wouldn't have to wait. Then just let me give them the card when I came to pick the medicines up. They have been faster than most with extremely reasonable wait times for getting scripts filled."
"This small pharmacy is the only option in Crescent City so I opted to try them. I found them to be friendly and accommodating."
"I don't know what these people are complaining about. I am a new customer-displaced from Winn-Dixie. At 0930 this morning my doctor called five scripts in for me. I called about three hours later to see if my meds were ready. They were and I am a happy new customer. Every employee I have dealt with has been helpful and courteous."
"The owner/pharmacist/manager Tayo (Adetayo O. Olayinka) is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met in a pharmacy/service setting. Out of 14 reviews (this one included) 50 % of them are negative. That is not data I would be proud of. All the negative reviews have the same theme. Unprofessional, rude, and condescending behavior. Perhaps consider professional development training in the area of customer service skills and how to manage conflict in a compassionate and professional way. UPDATED TO RESPOND TO OWNER'S RESPONSE. The owner/pharmacist response left out key details of the incident to make it seem as if she had no responsibility in the escalation of this issue. She absolutely did. She makes it seem as if she tried to solve the issue amicably. She absolutely did NOT. Furthermore, there are inaccuracies in her account. I stand by my suggestion that when 50 percent of your reviews are about poor treatment of the customer, professional training in that area is highly recommended."
