"Walked in no one acknowledged me at all one guy walked by and answered the phone that wasn't ringing when I walked in and started taking an order another one walked up to the counter and walked away no one spoke or said I'll be with you in a minute other people in the back no other customers in the store I walked out and won't be back and I'm sure nobody cares, I guess that's the way you trained them!"

"Staff is very friendly. I went in for a concern about my battery. I was ready to buy a new one but there free battery, alternator, and starter test showed all is well. Indeed the car has been running fine. They could have easily sold me a battery I didn't need but were honest and upstanding."

"Was not greeted. once one of the two cashiers were done helping their current customer he took one look at me and decided to walk outside instead.(even though I was the only customer left in line) Next cashier attended me in a friendly manner until I was asked if my car was from Mexico (Mind you I am latino and LOOK mexican but am not). Won’t be visiting this company any longer as I don’t have anytime for ignorance. Didn’t have any parts I needed as well."

"Friendly staff. The guy tried to help me get brakes the cheapest way. It was almost perfect. The guy ended up giving one set of golf cart sized brakes. I drive an SUV so imagine my surprise when my mechanic showed me it. ALWAYS double check all the boxes.. luckily my guy got the right parts to finish the repair. Great store just check before leaving."
