"I came in to buy some car parts and a young gentleman , Ian , approached me and asked me if I needed anything , he then helped me by looking up the car part I needed , what I didn’t appreciate was him being the only one at the store doing everything . Where is other staff ? Besides that thank you to the only gentleman being useful ! Coming back for sure"
"I went I inside to purchase motor oil as I was looking for the oil I was being watched also when I approached the front and was ready to get rung up the fat worker picked the phone up when the phone didn’t even ring and the other two boys were looking at me with a rude face they don’t like African Americans so if u shop here u will experience the same thing also the guy who did decide to ring me up had a slick mouth and I was about to slap him Hispanics inside this store also in area think they can speak to u any kind of way and they feel like they are better then Anyone else they hate blacks and are very nasty to them don’t shop Here"
"I’m a California transplant to the tampa area and have no idea where anything is now do I know a soul to ask for recommendations. The staff here were all so friendly and helpful. Being a mechanically challenged woman they took the time to answer my questions and were very patient with my ignorance of auto maintenance. Godfrey was exceptionally helpful. He even removed and installed my new wheel covers in the parking lot which was totally above and beyond his job duties, I’m pretty sure. Thank you Godfrey and the other staff (2 others at that time and all 3 were trying to help me) Oh! And another thankyou to Godfrey for recommending Sid’s Auto Specials for the rest of my car repair. It is so important to have a mechanic that you can trust and so difficult to find one on your own without anyone around to offer you recommendations. And I can’t remember the guys name but after a full day of selling car repairs I s starving and one of the other guys recommended Wawa’s “Gobbler” sandwich. It was awesome! We don’t have Wawa in California and I was hesitant about eating “gas station food” but it was delicious! Thank you! I will be making the drive to this particular location even though there’s one closer to my residence. I felt like family!"
"I ordered my items online to pick them up at the store. The site would not allow me to order two CRC Guaranteed To Pass bottles, at one time. So I placed 2, separate orders to the O'riley's store at 4315 W Hillsbourough Ave . When I arrived, a cashier named Jon (who seemed very nervous the entire time) claimed that the item was not in the store. Despite me insisting that I did not want him to, he tried to send me to a different, specific, Oriley location to pick up the 2nd bottle of CRC that I had paid for. He handed me a receipt which stated that the item I ordered had not been paid for. Which was not correct. Both items were paid for and confirmation was provided for both (screenshots provided). At that point, I requested reimbursement for the 2nd curbside pick up item, that he claimed was not available. He still kept trying to send me to another store. He and his fellow associate carried on as though they did not know how to process a refund for an online purchase (curbside pick up). So I told him to figure it out as I left. I do not believe the store associate's claim that the he was unable to locate the 2nd order or that the item was not at that specific store. Online shopping, somewhere else, is a better alternative ...to the un organized service received at this location.If the store had an issue with me purchasing two of the same item, associates should have just told me instead of carrying on in the game - playing manner that they did. The box was not sealed and easily opened. Difficult to trust these store employees. I'll let you know how their product treats my vehicle. Also their thug buddies entered the store, heavily doused in fragrant chemicals; and continuously stared in my direction. It made it easy for me to remember not to shop here again."
