"This is the best pharmacy bar none!! Awesome, beyond expectations service, have your prescription when the "bug guys" say they can't get it for weeks. They assist in transfers or anything else they can do."
"Super friendly and helpful staff. Jim is very knowledgeable. They offer free delivery within 5 miles which is perfect for my 92 yr old mother. I have used the 'big' pharmacy's in town, but there is nothing like the small town NF Pharmacy and staff."
"Very nice, and friendly people. Customer service is like no other. Jim is very knowledgeable. I have never had any bad experiences there. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good pharmacy."
"My husband and I so wanted to use a smaller "hometown" pharmacy but unfortunately this place just doesn't work for us. They submitted the prescription through my insurance company and when I came to pick it up several days later, it wasn't even ready and they only had half of it in stock; said that we had to go back the next day for the rest. The main pharmacist was not very friendly when I called to ask whether I needed a prescription for a continuous glucose monitor, told me that he had plenty of free glucometers and that my insurance company likely wouldn't cover it anyway which is nowhere near true as they usually do for people in our situation after a process called prior authorization. Another pharmacy that I spoke with was able to convey this information to me. And to make matters worse, his tone of voice sounded like he was annoyed and inconvienced by my question. There was another prescription that we had filled which we were told was not covered so we paid $70 out of pocket for it only to find out from our insurance company that it was covered at a $0 copay but we needed it urgently so paid anyway. I simply cannot recommend this place in good conscience."
"They did not have a good inventory. I have dropped off prescriptions and returned to pick them up they did not have enough to fill the order and they would say we do not have enough to we will owe you 10 pills so you can come back tomorrow and pick them up. The problem is that when I drop the order off I ask them to please call me if they are short so I can just make one trip and not two. I even make sure they have my phone number but they will not call and I get the same story each time, I am sorry. I tried to tell everyone I know to use them and not the other two big box stores in town. Looks like I was wrong."
