"I would like to give a shoutout to Alice, the Pharmacy Tech on duty. I called in to verify that my Dr. had called in my prescription. She quickly confirmed this for me. I asked her what my copay would be, she asked if I had insurance (I’m new to this pharmacy) she quickly found my insurance info and reprocessed and got the price a lot lower. When I came to pick up my meds at 7 pm, I was greeted by the same friendly voice from the call. She was as delightful in person. She’s a credit to her profession."

"Publix Live Oak is great. We have been in town from out of state twice now (visiting my home town), and we’re in need of our medications. The first time they transferred my sons medication with no problem and got our order in so promptly. The second was this weekend. Saturday before Easter at 6:40pm our doctor called in medicine for me and my husband. They transferred it and filled both by closing time at 7pm. Thank you everyone!"
