"Chris and his employees are amazing people to work with. Flexible with pricing on against online retailers, while maintaining overhead costs. Have had other people try to stir me elsewhere but this is my go to place for anything on my truck or any vehicle I may own. You will not regret taking your business here. Edit: I regret ever taking my vehicle here, everything seemed great and Chris was awesome. But I was installed 5 year old rough country rear shocks, when they failed in a year and I had to reach out to rough country and find out by the serial number. Chris did communicate with rough country to rectify me getting another pair. But also my front struts were loose on top on the driver side for over a year and prematurely wore out the lower strut bushing. Also upon recent inspection, when they installed the blocks in the rear end and loosened my leaf spring/axle shacks they never torqued to correct spec and they were loose, which shouldn’t happen on nylon lock bolts."
