"Took in my Colorado (2007 base trim) to get my timing belt replaced, since I trusted the dealership over a mechanic for some reason. When I took it in they forgot about it for 2 weeks while it sat in their parking lot (parts came in within 2 days of it being there). Upon returning it to me, they took out my driver side corner light and broke it (granted it wasn't attached well to begin with), and on top of that my timing belt was still messed up and after a little over a month driving my truck it's slipping gears again! For them to have my vehicle for 3 weeks (without a complimentary vehicle), not correctly fixing my issue, and charging me $3000+ with 80% of it going towards the labor fees, you would think they would at least get the job done correctly."
