"This location started off great a decade ago. 53 bank has deteriorated to less than below average. The branch manager is never in this office. The remaining staff is a waste of time dealing with as they do NOT have authority to do anything. They stated they would call me when the branch manager was in the next day. Never happened. Calling their branch office is futile as they do NOT answer the phones even during business hours. Why is this bank still in business?"
