"Hello, I am sorry to share my negative experience with this financial planner. Early 2021 I rolled over my 401k into an IRA based on RJ financial planner recommendations . The guys at the time was a good salesman and took advantage of my curiosity to have me "join the club" of people that trust financial planners to manage their assets for a "small fee" of 1.5%. The pitch is that they would be able to make the best of my money with an actively managed portfolio etc etc etc. Today, at the end of 2023 so roughly 3 years into the program my portfolio has lost ~10% of its initial value. The exact opposite of the pitch... It was easy to track the progression as I made zero contributions over the years. Worth noting that they do not follow closely the relationship. Jason Claycomb has never taken the time to call me after the initial planner left mid 2022. And it also appeared that many people on staff are leaving this entity. Symptomatic of deficiencies. Maybe you would be treated differently with more money in your portfolio? Maybe I did things wrong? Stay away from this branch and in my own humble opinion from financial services in general. They do warn you this process involves the risk of loss and they are right. Hope this will help someone along the way. Regards"
