"I cannot express all of my gratitude as a customer for two people at the Lem Turner location. Latonya and Asia are outstanding! They made me feel like a VIP. I had a block on my Equity line due to a bank error that should have be resolved a month ago. Asia and Latoya got on the phone and determined the root cause for the error and offered short term solutions while they agreed to help resolve the main issue over the next couple of days. Latoya understood the impact to my business and expressed her commitment to helping. I felt very confident in her ability to help. The extra time to figure this out and the coffee (thank you ladies) made me feel like a VIP. If you have issues ask for Asia or Latoya. These two are rockstars! 53th has many back office layers that complicates things but they definitely have people that care in the community."

"Poor business practices at this location. Long waits with no one in lobby. Charges account holders to cash checks. Not a good look 5/3rd. Definitely will be closing the Account. Martin Jordan unfortunately didn’t appear to care."

"Very rude bank teller inside this branch office. The older African American woman with short hair was very rude in tossing my husband's check across the counter to me, AFTER I stated to her I wanted to cash a valid check issued by Fifth Third Bank for my husband with a power of attorney as I have numerous times with other financial institutions in the past. She proceeds to ask my husband's whereabouts. An intrusive question but I answer it anyway stating my husband is a truck driver. She then says, " oh he can come in and cash the check himself" and tosses the check across the counter to me. Excuse me?! I guess I should have told her we actually own our trucking company, my husband is an owner operator and traveling across the US for 3 months at a time. However, I didn't feel the need to explain my husband's whereabouts any further. I came in to cash a VALID fifth "3rd party check" (which is actually a 2 party check as I am acting on my husband's behalf)---> with a Notarized Power of Attorney. I was told it was against their policy to cash "third party" checks via power of attorney; AFTER I answered several questions as to why I didn't cash their fifth third check at my bank, where is my husband right now, why can't he come here and cash the check? Etc . I was being treated like a criminal although our annual income quadruples the amount of the branch managers annual salary. Thank you Fifth Third Lem Turner for not trusting the validity of a check issued by your bank. We are very happy with our banks at Navy Federal and PNC, should we decide to open an additional business or personal account you will never gain our business. The branch manager blatantly lied repeatedly. You're discrimatory tactics are a disservice to innocent people. Don't bother with the standard contact our customer service response."

"Everyone who works at this bank is very nice & helpful.My problem is that you wait & wait & wait in the drive through.If you are in a hurry,reconsider.Unless you wish to wait 10-15 minutes,just to be acknowledged, I would try to go inside & see if that was faster. Better yet,get the app & learn to electronically deposit your money.Much easier & faster & no wait,eait,wait in line."

"I walked into this branch to deposit a check made payable to my husband but endorsed to me and was told thru the drive thru that I couldn't do that. I stopped and did some more research and called in. Whoever answered the phone told me I should be able to and confirmed with the manager. So I walked in and I felt like a criminal after being asked who this person was to me and what bank did he use and why didn't he had a shared account and advised that we should have a joint account. They also asked why did he endorse it. Was told by the manager that it would be a problem if the check bounced. The check is from a respectable employer! All those questions are none of your business! Omg been banking with them for over 15 years. I have never been treated like this! Time to move to Navy Federal completely!!"
