"Jerrica went above and beyond, because of the hurricane they had no cash, customers were coming in left and right upset acting towards her like it was her fault which she handled very professionally, I have bad anxiety and panic attacks and after an hour wait i started getting a lil edgy, and irritated she did all she could to be sweet and understanding, the approval came thru finally and u realized because they had no cash the card she was giving me was not gonna allow us to take care if our rent we were trying to get paid and i was literally ready to have a meltdown, this lady within seconds figured out a solution and saved me from a lot of headache afterwards, she turned my upset tears into joyful tears , i honestly have given up on people being nice to people lately...it's just been a crazy world..this lady restored my faith in humanity, she was awesome and i wish people in this world could take lessons from her.
