"I would love to give this place 5 stars but with the customer service cynthia and Sonia provide I'm unable to do so they make you experience very uncomfortable, they aren't knowledgeable when asked questions and misinform you when speaking to you about there procedures during paying a loan or even changing a check, they have a very harsh attitude which honestly puts you in a bad mood because your there to pay back money loaned or change a simple check, if every step is a problem. Cynthia seems very unsure about her job and rolls her eyes calling you up to the counter but you cannot hear her."
