"They decided to not deposit my checks, because I placed two in one day, and that apparently is too many and constitutes fraud. I don’t think it’s asking for too much that I am able to perhaps deposit checks. They should truly know how to bank, but they do not. It’s their only job."

If you have a Fifth Third account don't get service here; If you don't have an account yet save yourself and go anywhere else! FYI if your forced into this location stay away from the older, blonde lady who wears too much makeup.... office is the one in the middle towards the back."

"The tellers at this branch are aweful. They dont greet their customers nor do they smile. Their tone is condescending when they do speak as if you are bothering them. Based on my experience, it comes directly from the branch manager whom couldnt provide an ounce of leadership if she tried. Unfortunately, she has been promoted beyond her abilitiea."
