"I’ve been here multiple times to this location and all of the staff seems friendly and helpful, but my issue is the main guy I think his name is Micheal always try’s impressing me even when I need help finding something. Almost every time I go into this location I end up getting held up by Micheal and he try’s serenading me with playing the guitar, piano, etc. I love this store but I’d me more opt to go if I wasn’t being flirted with every time. On that note I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again unless it’s an emergency."

"I've been shopping at Carlton's since I started playing in middle school, I have gone back and purchased possibly a dozen instruments from them for my children. They simply take care of you and make you feel like the only person in the room. We just picked up a baritone for my son today and it was as painless as spending money as it can be. Their rental program is amazing especially for kids. their repair policies make renting an instrument from them stress free. their repair department is the best (if not only) in the region and they support our local school musicians with school dropoffs and pick ups of supplies and instruments and repairs. they do so much more, but this review would be so long. thank you Carlton's for making school music instruments easy."

Recently, I had two professional saxophones repaired by James - the man is a legend, truly a class act! Anyone with an expensive horn knows how important it is to find someone you can trust. James is super knowledgeable and my saxophones were done quickly, now playing better than ever. I will always come back to Carlton’s whether it’s for a repair or for any saxophone/music needs."
