"If I could give more stars I would. These folks fixed my wife's wedding ring and made it stronger than before. They knew it was a rush for me to get it done, as my anniversary was the next day, and they came through. My wifes diamond is a princess cut so the peice to fix it was not as common. That didn't stop them. They stopped what they were doing went through drawers and were able to find one for my wife ring instead of having to order it. They didn't turn me away, they could have told Me they needed to order the peice without looking for me. So I really Don't understand how the previous review is valid in my eyes. 1000% customer focused and one of the last true businesses that understand how important your customers are. I WIIL BE BACK. P.S. The ring was fixed in less than 2 hours. My wife loves it THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!"

"Bad experience.. I went to them to have a custom ring made for my wife. I was assured that they could make it. Then They had some stones sent in... Two... Neither one was big enough or the right quality that we were looking for. Then they turned around and said they could not help us."

"I bought a 20mm wrist band on Amazon. The spring lugs were to short. The replacement wristband was the correct size that I need for better fit. One of my original spring lugs was to bent to be reused. The other lug was bent but held in place. I need to wear my watch daily and I needed a fast repair on a Monday without waiting on shipping. I first called Griner's in downtown. The lady wanted $30.00 for this repair. I then called the other downtown Jewelry store and no one answered the phone. I called JC Jewelry and got a reasonable quote. I walked in the door and the lady knew I was was the one that called. I was out the door in under 5 minutes. I only had to pay under $13.00. This place has great customer service. I used to go to Ski's Watch & Clock but it's no longer in business. I'm glad JC J&W does wristband repair even for a Timex Sports watch."

"I took a ring with sentimental value in and they remade it into two rings that I will cherish forever. The customer service was wonderful and we will be back for all our jewelry needs."

"I went in this Jewelry store to have a Rolex watch hands adjusted and a stone that was loose in the face put back in. The watch was running!!! The associate looked at the watch and saw what I needed done and the charge would be $22.00. I went to pick up my watch today and I saw that it was not running and the stone had not been put back in. I ask this different associate to ask why it wasn’t running, and stone not replaced or in the case. She went to the back and he told her it did not work, and no stone in the case. I told her it worked when I took it in and what is wrong with it. She again went in and ask and he said he did not know why it was not working! ! ! He is a repair jeweler…….I could not believe he said that! I was charged $22.00 with now my Rolex not running! I am not sure of my next step in getting this resolved, as this was so not right. I can say that I will be sharing my experience as he so needed to come out and talk with me about my watch. This did not happen!"
