"So first the door was locked and had a sign to call a phone number because they were in the back. Then when they opened the Young lady and man in the front extremely rude. I’ve been here multiple times and I asked for a price for the big foil balloons and her response was “it’s the same as the ones up here” and I said those don’t have a price listed and she said “have you been here before?” So I said yes many, but I don’t remember the price. Then finally gave me the price. After that I walked towards the table clothes and the gentleman said the birthday balloons are over here and I said I know , am I allowed to look at the rest of the store. I ended up leaving because honestly couldn’t deal with the rudeness and tone."

"Stopped in to purchase a few items on 11/4/23 and was treated very poorly. The girl who checked me out was so rude and unprofessional. It really bothered me how I was treated but I had to shrug it off because we had a fun night planned for a bachelorette party. I would not recommend shopping at this establishment to anyone."

"Save your money!!! Buyer beware!!! Half of their products are faulty cheap quality and they make sure they have no refunds on most items because they know the quality is awful. Absolutely no customer service skill I never felt more belittled and discriminated against . Drive the extra 2 miles and go to a real quality party store I promise this is place is an absolute waste of your hard earned money and the staff and owner weren't in the least bit helpful and completely rude."
